Company information:

We are a Limited Liability Company, Insured and have a license to do business.

Service guarantee or policy:

We guarantee our labor for 3 months or 3,000 miles, whichever comes first. (Warranty applies only to the same

exact repair, and we must diagnose and determine the problem for the warranty to be valid)

 

We accept cash, certified or personal checks, and credit cards through paypal, and collect payment when all the

work is done. In cases where parts have to be special ordered you may be asked to pay for the part up front.

 

We will call and explain all work needed and recommended and get your consent before any work is done, with

the exception of diagnoses.

 

Diagnoses generally runs 1 labor hour unless it is an unusual problem or you have multiple issues to diagnose.

Privacy policy:

I personally handle all of your business and personal information, and none of your personal information will be

given out in any way or form.

Policies and Standards:

Under no circumstances will any car be picked up until paid in full.

 

After work is completed you have 5 days to pick up your vehicle or it subject to a $25 per day storage fee.

 

All repair orders will be subject to a $15 shop supply feel.

 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
